Scale Design

A digital weigh scale is one of the most precise analog instruments. Weigh scales, which use force sensors to measure the load offered by an object, are used in a multitude of applications ranging from point-of-sale terminals to industrial-measurement equipment.

Scale Design

We do 2,3 and 4-idler weigh frames compromising of either Pivot point or Torque beam Systems.

Speed Sensors

Our Tacho design is unique and Robust. By using a weigh class Idler with sensors, sensing is done by a high-speed proximity switch. We ensure a long-life tacho that is not affected by moisture or spillage. The proximity switch and bearings are sealed and waterproof.

Electronic Weightometer

The Weightometer Belt Weigher indicator is a precision digital indicator for belt weighing applications. The Weightometer takes the weight and speed information from a belt conveyor system to accurately calculate rate and total material transferred. The high bright 6-digit 7-segment 20mm LED displays and the sunlight readable graphic LCD display make for easy setup and readability. A simple menu system allows for easy configuration of display and belt weighing settings.

Our controller units include Remote Monitoring capability. Real-time monitoring and control can be viewed on any smart device or PC.

The MITSENS make use of LORA technology
LoRa (short for long range) is a spread spectrum modulation technique derived from chirp spread spectrum (CSS) technology. Semtech's LoRa is a long range, low power wireless platform that has become the de facto wireless platform of Internet of Things (IoT).

The MITSENS system can be remotely updated and configured. The system let the user to be fully in control of there remote devices.

Methods of Measuring the Load.

Fully Floating Frame 4 Load cells
Pivot Point Frame 1 or 2 Load Cells
Torque Beam Frame 1 Load cells
Single Idler Frams 1 or 2 Load cells

The belief through the years was that a fully floating frame is the most accurate measure method. This is well the case on heavy loads.
On loads less than 300TPH is better to make use of Torque Beam or pivot frames.
